Here at Thicc Thicc Fitness we strive to provide our customers with the best products and the best service. We’re working hard to resolve any issues so if you feel unsatisfied over one of our products or have something you feel unhappy about, contact us first at support@thiccthicc.com and we’ll do our best to reach a resolution that’ll be a win-win for all parties involved (as much as possible).

Before contacting a third party, please contact us first as we’re always ready and glad to assist you.

We’re also open to your feedback, suggestions, and recommendations as we’re always taking steps to give you a great shopping experience!

 

ORDER PLACEMENT

Our shopping pages will guide you through the steps you need to take to place an order with us. Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please carefully check your order at each page of the order process.

After you have placed an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted.

We know our customers want their items ASAP so as soon as your order is placed, our team work hard to ensure that this is dispatched as quickly as possible!

 

Please note our processing time is approximately 24 hours, but we try our best to dispatch them before. Allow extra time processing time during busy periods like sales or holidays.

RETURNS TERMS

  1. Returns

This Refund and Returns Policy applies for all products purchased through the Thicc Thicc Fitness checkout.

You acknowledge that Thicc Thicc Fitness provides a platform for users to purchase Products from a Seller, and that a sales contract is formed between you and Thicc Thicc Fitness.

You will be sent confirmation of the sales contract between Thicc Thicc Fitness and yourself via email promptly after the conclusion of the contract.

Return Policy:

  • DIGITAL PRODUCTS: Thicc Thicc Fitness cannot offer any refunds for digital products including ebooks or access to the member's area. This is due to the content being supplied immediately via email and can therefore not be revoked.
  • PHYSICAL FITNESS PRODUCTS: Thicc Thicc Fitness cannot exchange or refund any physical fitness products due to hygiene reasons. (regulation 28(3)(a), CCRs). 
  • RETURNS FROM THE POSTAL SERVICE: If your order is returned to us due to non-delivery or incorrect address, it will be automatically cancelled and refunded and you will need to create another order again. You will not be refunded for the postage as we have incurred the cost sending you the order.
  • IF YOUR ITEM IS NOT RECEIVED: If your order was not received, USPS is solely responsible and we recommend you to contact them on the status of your order. Once your order is fulfilled and in transit, we cannot refund or send out a replacement. This is a carrier issue and we are not responsible. 
  • RETURNS BY CUSTOMER: Any digital or physical fitness products returned parcels sent by the customer without acknowledgement from a member of the support team will not be returned/exchanged or refunded.
